• Date and Time: Tuesday, December 17th at 7:00 PM 
• Online Auction: Moore Auctions Montana through their website or the Montana High Bid website. 

• $300 - $499: Recognition on social media, flyers, free T-shirt, and name or business name/logo printed on t-shirts.
• $500 - $1,000: Recognition on social media, flyers, free T-shirt, and name or business name/logo printed on t-shirts.
• $1,000 - $2,000+: All of the above, plus an increased size of name or business logo on T-shirts.
• Sponsorship Deadline: December 1, 2024.
• Click the "Donate Now" button below.
• In the notes section, please provide the name of the charity of your choice.
• If no charity is specified, your sponsorship will help cover the expenses of this event. All remaining proceeds will be divided evenly among all participating non-profit animal charities and rescues.

• Gift Cards.
• New, gently used, hand-crafted, and collectible items. Please ensure  items are in clean and working condition or we cannot accept them.
• When donated items are dropped off, you'll be given a form to select the registered non-profit animal charity or rescue that you would like the auction to go to from your donated items. 
• Proceeds from donations without selection will be divided evenly among participating non-profit animal charities and rescues. 
• Donation drop off deadline is Friday, December 13th at 3:00 pm.

• Let your creativity flow and design a t-shirt.
• Design should  represent the rescues and include Bids for Rescues and First Annual.
• Submit designs to rescueauction0@gmail.com.
• Submissions deadline is November 24, 2024. Online voting from November 25 to November 30, 2024.
• The winner will be announced on December 1, 2024.
• Winner will receive a free t-shirt and their winning design printed on all 2024 shirts.
